1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using mobile applications developed and distributed by 90s Apps (including Touch Lock and ClickForge — Auto Clicker), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use and uninstall our applications.

2. Permitted Use & Responsibilities

You agree to use our applications solely for lawful personal purposes and in full accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and platform regulations.

• Automation Disclaimers (ClickForge): You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of automated clicking and gestures does not violate the terms of service, fair-play rules, or policies of any third-party games, services, or applications you interact with.
• Screen Lock (Touch Lock): Touch Lock is designed to prevent unintended touches. It is not an encrypted security locker or device theft prevention mechanism.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the underlying source code of our applications, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features (such as removing advertisements or unlocking advanced automation parameters) may be offered via in-app purchases or optional subscriptions.

• All payments and subscriptions are handled, processed, and managed directly by the Google Play Store via the Google Play Billing API.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is cancelled in your Google Play Subscriptions settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
• You can manage, cancel, or modify your active subscriptions at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app icons, visual designs, interfaces, and codebases associated with 90s Apps, Touch Lock, and ClickForge are the intellectual property of 90s Apps (legal entity: Abdallah Alladaa) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the applications will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every individual user expectation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 90s Apps and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications. Specifically for ClickForge, we bear no liability for penalties, account suspensions, or game bans imposed by third-party services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected with a revised Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our applications following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
