This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application ClickForge — Auto Clicker (package name: com.apps90.clickforge, referred to as the "App"), developed, published, and maintained by 90s apps (legal entity: Abdallah Alladaa) ("we", "us", or "our").

We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of user privacy and transparency. This Privacy Policy explains how our App handles device access, why specific permissions are required, our compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, and the safeguards protecting your privacy. By installing and using ClickForge, you acknowledge and agree to the practices outlined in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Data: We do NOT collect, harvest, store, sell, or share any personally identifiable information (such as your legal name, email address, physical address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone audio, camera streams, or files).

Non-Personal & Diagnostic Data: To guarantee app stability and provide bug fixes, ClickForge may process anonymous diagnostic metrics (such as device manufacturer, Android OS version, crash stack traces, and anonymous performance logs) via certified developer SDKs.

In-App Purchase Information: If you upgrade to a premium plan or remove advertisements, transactions are handled directly through Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation tokens from Google Play to unlock features, but we never access or store your financial or payment details.

3. Accessibility Service Usage (AccessibilityService API)

Under Google Play Developer Policies regarding sensitive APIs, we provide full disclosure regarding how and why the AccessibilityService API is implemented:

• The Accessibility Service is strictly rule-based and deterministic: it only clicks where, when, and how you explicitly configure it.
• The App does NOT autonomously initiate decisions, circumvent Android security restrictions, interfere with user privacy controls, or interact with device lock screens.
• The App does NOT use accessibility features to click on ads, generate deceptive traffic, or perform ad fraud.
• Prior to enabling this permission, an explicit, prominent in-app disclosure modal is shown detailing exactly what permissions are requested before directing you to Android Accessibility Settings.

4. Overlay Permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW)

ClickForge requires the "Display over other apps" (System Alert Window) permission. This permission is utilized exclusively to present the floating control bar (Play, Pause, Add Target, Remove Target, Load Scenario, Settings) on top of target applications or games. This floating interface enables you to position click targets precisely and control execution without switching away from your active task.

5. Foreground Service Usage (FOREGROUND_SERVICE)

ClickForge utilizes an Android Foreground Service accompanied by a continuous, visible system notification while automation or the floating control bar is active. This is necessary to:

• Prevent Android's operating system power manager from abruptly terminating your ongoing automation tasks when switching apps or playing long running games.
• Provide an immediate, persistent, one-tap emergency stop control in your notification drawer to halt all automated clicking at any time.

ClickForge integrates trusted third-party SDKs to facilitate monetization, system telemetry, and billing. These services may collect pseudonymous identifiers in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

7. Data Retention & User Data Deletion Policy

• Local Storage of Presets: All your custom auto-click scripts, saved scenarios, coordinate points, and timer settings are stored 100% locally on your device in the App's private internal storage.
• How to Delete Data: You can permanently wipe all locally saved automation presets and app data at any moment by navigating to Settings > Apps > ClickForge > Storage > Clear Data, or by uninstalling ClickForge.
• Account Deletion Requests: Because we do not store cloud accounts or personal identity databases, there is no remote account data to delete. 8. Data Security

We employ standard security protocols to safeguard information. Because all automation configurations and actions remain strictly on your physical device, your interaction data is completely insulated from external interception.

ClickForge is a general productivity and automation tool not directed towards children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
