This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Touch Lock (package name: com.lockdown.lockedtouchapp, referred to as the "App"), developed, published, and maintained by 90s apps (legal entity: Abdallah Alladaa) ("we", "us", or "our").

Personal Information: We do NOT collect, store, sell, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your full name, email address, physical address, telephone number, contact lists, photos, videos, or personal device files).
Non-Personal & Diagnostic Information: When you use Touch Lock, the App may automatically process non-personally identifiable diagnostic information to maintain performance, stability, and crash resolution (such as anonymous device model identifiers, operating system version, crash stack traces, and anonymous performance metrics).
3. Accessibility Service Usage (AccessibilityService API)
Crucial Notice on Accessibility Services:
Touch Lock utilizes Android's AccessibilityService API strictly to provide its primary function: disabling and intercepting screen touch interactions to prevent accidental and unintended touches while watching videos, listening to music, streaming, or keeping the device in hands for kids.
- Purpose: We use the AccessibilityService API solely to create a secure touch-blocking barrier over your device screen and detect the user-defined gesture or floating toggle to lock and unlock the touch layer.
- No Data Collection: We do NOT use the Accessibility Service to monitor your screen, read text, record keystrokes, capture login credentials, track passwords, log financial details, or access any personal data.
- Local Execution: All accessibility functions operate completely offline and locally on your device. None of this interaction data is ever collected, transmitted over the internet, or shared with third parties.
- Voluntary and Revocable: Enabling Accessibility Service is completely under your control via Android System Settings. You can revoke or disable this permission at any time.
4. Overlay Permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW)
Touch Lock requires the "Draw over other apps" (System Alert Window) permission. This permission is necessary solely to render the transparent touch-locking overlay and the floating lock/unlock button above all other active running applications. This allows you to lock touch inputs while enjoying video streaming apps, games, calls, or children's media.
5. Foreground Service Usage
Touch Lock may utilize an Android Foreground Service accompanied by an ongoing status bar notification while screen lock mode is active. This ensures that Android's power management does not abruptly terminate the touch protection layer during playback or media viewing, and provides an immediate, accessible notification shortcut for you to unlock the screen at any moment.
6. Third-Party Services & Libraries
Our App may include trusted third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to serve advertisements and analyze system stability. These third parties may process anonymized device identifiers governed by their respective privacy policies:

Touch Lock does not require user account registration, and we do not host or store personal user data on external servers.
- Local Data Storage: All user configurations (such as lock modes, unlock sensitivity, and appearance preferences) are stored strictly locally on your device's internal storage (SharedPreferences).
- Immediate Deletion: You can completely erase all local data and preferences at any time by going to your device's Settings > Apps > Touch Lock > Storage > Clear Data, or by uninstalling the App.
- Deletion Requests: Because we do not store personal accounts or personal identity data on our servers, there are no personal database records to delete. 8. Data Security
The security of your information is paramount to us. Because Touch Lock does not collect or upload personal data, your private information remains securely confined to your own device. We implement industry best practices and standard Android APIs to prevent unauthorized interference.

Touch Lock does not address anyone under the age of 13. While parents frequently use Touch Lock to safeguard their screens from unintended touches while their children watch videos, the App itself does not collect personal information from children or any users.
